In my recent work I am animating textile art with an electronic device that is programmed to bring Numerical Art into my community by presenting an exhibition of animated woven tapestries.
I have presented a series of tapestries woven with cotton and fiber optic filaments. The fiber optics are animated with electronic devices such as micro controllers and tiny LED lights. The LED lights are hidden in the back of the tapestry and battery connections are inside the frame.  This invites the visitors to my exhibitions to experience kinetic art that in some artworks, also invites them to participate.

To put Python code into the micro controllers, I use either Arduino or Raspberry Pi computer boards.
